Step 1: Students must register in the application system and send the required files.
Step 2: After candidates have successfully submitted all the required documents, the Admissions Office will conduct an initial check and provide feedback within 5 working days. Candidates who have successfully passed the initial check will receive an online letter from the Validation Office and notification of payment of the non-refundable fee.
Step 3: The approved candidate must pay a non-refundable fee of USD 2,000 or CNY 13,000 within 7 days of receipt of the approval letter.
Step 4: The accepted candidate must send a store payment receipt to the online application system.
Step 5: Upon receipt of the accepted candidate’s shop receipt, Nanjing Medical University (NMU) will send the acceptance confirmation and the China Study Visa Application Form (JW202) to the candidate as indicated in the contact details left by the candidate in the application system.
Step 6: Accepted candidates will go to the Chinese P.R. Government organizations/offices with the Nanjing Medical University Admission Notice and JW202 form to apply for a visa to stay in China for a certain period of time.
